Rates

Los Angeles Club House Rates and Fees
(Effective as of May 1, 2005)

Group Deposits
$150 required to reserve the space for a certain date, credited to eventual invoice; refundable if cancelled 60 days or more prior to the event; non-refundable if cancelled 60 days or less prior to the event.

Minimum Fees
$150 per event.

Day Use of the facilities
Members: $10 per person per day.
Non-Members: $15 per person per day.

Overnight Use
(In addition to the Day use)
Members: $15 per person per night.
Non-Members: $20 per person per night.

Kitchen and/or Bar Use (Groups)
(Applies to use of any part of the kitchen or bar)
(This is in addition to the Day and Overnight use fees)
$75 flat rate per day (regardless of size of group)

Beer Keg Service
$25 plus beer keg price charged by distributor.

Clean up Fee
A $100 clean-up fee will be assesed if premises are not left in the same condition as they were found.

 

Additional Notes:

Prices can change at anytime without notice.

Current prices will applied on reserved events only for the 12 months after reservation has been made, as long as a specific date has been set and covered by a corresponding deposit. Beyond the 12 months, should prices have increased in the meantime, the new prices should apply.

Payment is due on or before the closing date of any event. We are unable to extend credit. Please have your payment ready for that date.

Group leader must pay complete bill. We cannot accept checks issued by third parties to Nature Friends.

We accept cash or checks only. We do not take credit cards.

Bounced checks are prosecuted to the full extent of the law and you may be liable for additional court and attorneys fees if necessary.
