Rental Options & Pricing
Nature Friends LA offers simple, flexible rental pricing for weddings, receptions,
private events, retreats, and gatherings. Final pricing depends on your event type,
rental length, guest count, music plans, kitchen or bar use, overnight stays, and cleanup needs.
Event Rental
Venue rental
$125/hour
Rental time includes setup, vendor access, event time, cleanup, and departure.
Standard minimum
5 hours
Minimum venue rental: $625
Weddings & receptions
10 hours
Minimum venue rental: $1,250
Overnight stays
$40/person
Per night. Available upon request for approved guests and groups.
Required Fees
Booking fee
$300
Secures your event date and covers administrative coordination.
Refundable security / cleaning deposit
$500–$1,000
Amount may vary depending on event size, alcohol, vendors, amplified music, overnight use, and overall property needs.
Site host fee
TBD
May be required for larger events, vendor-heavy events, amplified music, alcohol service, or overnight stays.
Optional / As-Needed Fees
Kitchen / bar use fee
$100
Required for use of the kitchen, bar area, beverage service, food prep areas, sinks, refrigerators, or related equipment.
Amplified music / noise permit fee
$100
Required for events with amplified music. This fee goes toward the cost of a local noise permit when needed.
Early setup / late cleanup
$125/hour
Applies to any event access outside the reserved rental time.
Excess trash / hauling fee
$100–$250
Applies if trash exceeds normal bin capacity or requires additional disposal.
Cleaning & Property Care
Event parties are expected to clean up after themselves and leave the property in good condition.
Excessive cleaning, damage, missing items, or failure to follow cleanup instructions may result in
charges deducted from the security / cleaning deposit. Additional charges may apply if costs exceed
the deposit amount.

Pricing is subject to availability, event size, property use, and approval by Nature Friends LA.
Additional requirements may apply for alcohol service, outside vendors, amplified music, overnight
stays, or larger gatherings.
